Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the Development and Education Quality Office include, in particular:

• support for JU units in matters related to ensuring and enhancing the quality of education;
• informational and administrative support for JU units regarding the issuance of diplomas of graduation, doctoral and postdoctoral diplomas, and certificates of completion of postgraduate and other forms of education;
• administration of the JU Rector's Award "Pro Arte Docendi", the Hugo Kołłątaj Award, and the Henryk Jordan Award;
• informational and administrative support in matters related to University-Wide Courses, particularly the "Artes Liberales" lectures;
• supporting, implementing, and promoting solutions related to e-learning;
• providing training in the use of e-learning platforms and the creation of teaching content for e-learning purposes;
• working towards the development of high standards for digital teaching materials and e-learning courses;
• substantive support for matters related to the operation of JU's IT systems within the scope of tasks carried out by the Development and Education Quality Office, including the implementation of new solutions and planning system functionalities.
