The responsibilities of the Student Exchange Office include, in particular:
- providing informational and administrative support to outgoing and incoming students and doctoral students at the Jagiellonian University, especially with regard to access to the University’s essential resources and services;
- providing informational and administrative support to the organizational units of the Jagiellonian University in matters related to student and doctoral student mobility;
- handling matters related to the MOST Programme and the Erasmus+ Programme under Action 1: Mobility of students and staff with EU Member States and third countries associated with the Erasmus+ Programme in the Higher Education sector (KA131-HED), as well as Mobility of students and staff with third countries not associated with the Erasmus+ Programme in the Higher Education sector (KA171-HED);
- managing Erasmus+ Programme projects under Action 1: Mobility of students and staff with EU Member States and third countries associated with the Erasmus+ Programme in the Higher Education sector (KA131-HED), as well as Mobility of students and staff with third countries not associated with the Erasmus+ Programme in the Higher Education sector (KA171-HED);
- providing substantive support in matters related to the operation of the Jagiellonian University's IT systems within the scope of tasks performed by the Student Exchange Office, as well as implementing new solutions and planning the functionality of these systems.
