Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the Student Affairs Office include, in particular:

• informational and administrative support for disciplinary proceedings against students and PhD students, as well as providing information on the legal regulations related to this area;
• handling matters related to health insurance for students and PhD students over the age of 26;
• preparing documents for the financial settlement of University-funded projects run by student organisations, including academic societies;
• administrative support for the office of the JU Student Government Board and the JU PhD Student Association Office, including preparing documents for the financial settlement of Student Government activities and PhD Student Association projects;
• substantive support for matters related to the operation of JU's IT systems within the scope of tasks carried out by the Student Affairs Office, including the implementation of new solutions and planning system functionalities.
