Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the Welcome Centre Team include, in particular:

• direct support for candidates to study programmes, postgraduate studies, and doctoral schools at the Jagiellonian University;
• support and assistance for NAWA scholarship holders enrolled in full study programmes;
• providing information on residence legalisation, as well as on the rules for undertaking and financing studies for international students in full study programmes;
• participation in education fairs promoting the Jagiellonian University’s academic offer in Poland and abroad;
• reviewing applications from international students regarding changes in the rules of study financing;
• allocating places in student dormitories for international students enrolled in full study programmes;
• providing information and verifying the accuracy of study enrolment and financing statuses for international students in full study programmes.
